Account sign up and linking accounts
+Step by Step Guide – Re-registering And Linking Your Ticket Account
We have recently changed the way registration works across our website. If you previously registered on the website or bought tickets from the club you should be able to link your existing account.
Before you purchase anything on the new system, you will need to register… but don’t worry, you are not starting from scratch again as you will be able to link to your old ticketing account and claim your historical transactions.
Step 1 – Find your Supporter ID number
You will need to find your supporter number.
The image below shows where your Supporter ID is located on your Season Card if you have one. Your Supporter ID can also be found on email confirmations from past transactions. Please enter the number into the box below and click LINK.

If you are having difficulty identifying your Supporter ID you can call the Box Office on 0844 372 1892 for assistance.
If you do not have your existing Supporter ID to hand, you can continue without linking an account, but please be aware that doing so will mean you will not have access to your previous ticket purchase history.
Step 2 – Go to the Login/Register page
Go to www.nufc.co.uk and click on the Login/Register button – on desktop this is in the top right corner and on mobile click the burger menu and then scroll down to the Login/Register option.

Step 3 – Re-registering
You will be directed to the login page, from where you should then choose the ‘Register’ option – even if you have previously registered with the club, you will need to do so again.

You will be directed to a registration form. To speed up this process you can choose to register by using your Facebook or Google accounts.

Step 4 - Completing the registration form
Next, you will be required to enter your details. To purchase tickets fields highlighted in BLUE below are mandatory and require information to continue.

Step 1 – Get their supporter ID numbers
Firstly, you will need to gather your friends’ and family members’ supporter numbers as well as their post codes and their last names.
Step 2 – Visit https://book.nufc.co.uk
This will take you to the updated version of the tickets website page.
Make sure you are on the Tickets section of the website.

Step 3 – Make sure you’re logged in
Make sure you are signed in to your account. Hover your cursor over your account name in the top right corner of the page and click on ‘Personal Details’ on the dropdown menu.

Step 4
Under the ‘My Friends & Family’ section, click the ‘Manage my relationships’ button.

Step 5
A window will appear on the page. Click ‘Create a Relationship’. It is at this stage that you will need to identify your friend or family’s account by entering their details.

Step 7
To add another family member or friend, repeat steps 5 and 6.
Step 8
To edit relationships, repeat steps 1 to 4, and then choose the relationship you wish to edit, then repeat step 6.
